Oh I'm so excited for you! I also am a true belilever in signs and fate! If he was used to being alone, and you have to remember he actually won't be alone, he'll have Roxie! Then I would say follow your heart! Mine would be telling me to go meet and if Roxie and Ricky get along, then, that would seal the deal, so to speak!
