Unless it keeps happening and doesn't stop, I wouldn't worry too much. Sometimes they just get sick. Occasionally Copper will eat something that doesn't agree with him and throw up yellow stuff. He always has kibble and water available to him, so I know it is not that he is hungry. If it continues, then you may want to take your dog to the vet.
