Well, we finally got to bring Kodah home this weekend! She is ten weeks old today. My youngest daughter (who is 20) & I drove three hours to pick her up. I'll have to admit I was a little nervous when I saw how tiny she was. She got a little car sick on her drive home (they fed her a HUGE treat right before we left) & she shared it back with us on the way home!
Once home she ate like a little pig, drank her water well, played & slept for 7 hours straight thru the night! We were always going to let her sleep with us because we had our other Yorkie Mocha for 15 1/2 years sleep with us, but when I saw how small she was it just freaked me out & I put her new little soft bed down in a hamper basket beside our bed & she did great. We will see how long that lasts!
The weather has been nice here in Oklahoma & Kodah loves outside. We have been taking her outside to do her thing & she is going but not sure she knows what she is doing (just getting lots of praise when she does!). She LOVES to play & I am amazed how spunky she is! Looks more like she hops to get around than walks! I warned you all before that I am little picture happy but here are a few I took of Kodah yesterday!
