I'm so peeved at myself...I missed signing up for th GE. This would be my 1st and I don't know who I missed it. Where do I looked to know when the sign time up is and then what?

Sorry guys, I do want to participate, it would be so much fun. I need the skinny so that I don't miss the next one. Can anyone explain how it works, please?
