Caring for pups and nursing moms the first few weeks is very time consuming, critical and a 24 hour a day vigilance for one litter let alone two.
I would only have phone contact with this breeder, verify you're on her list, request she call you when she is accepting vistors or ask for an agreeable time for you to call again.
Most breeders will not let visitors in for several weeks for health reasons "only to view never to hold" besides you can't tell quality or personality at this young age. It's best to visit when they're walking around being precious playful pups and they've had one vaccination.
