I'd say Jackson is more 99 percent. He's never gone in someone else's house and he never marks indoors anywhere -- we sleep at other peoples houses a lot between dogsitting and family members, etc and have never had any issues. And he's 100 percent at my dads house but for some reason at our regular house where he is the only dog, he will still go and poop in the living room about once every month, or once every 2 months. It all depends. It's usually my fault because I wasn't paying attention or assumed he didn't have to go. He is totally outdoor, btw. No potty pads for us and he never pees in the house ever. Any accidents are only poop.
