Logan was that big at 13 weeks also. He's starting to level out now at about 9 lbs (he's 7 months old). When he was 13 weeks he could not hold it all night most nights, but he would bark at about 2 or 3 in the morning and we would let him out and he'd go potty. He was able to hold it through the night most nights at about 4 months.
