Unfortunately we can't be his forever home. With Lil Bit and Beamer we have what we can afford to provide for vet wise etc. It would be irresponsible to adopt Reno. We can give him the love he needs and feed him, but we couldn't afford the extra vet bills. So we will foster him until he is adopted, and then we could foster another. The rescue group needs more foster homes. When a foster parent adopts the foster dog that really reduces the number of foster homes available (unless the family were able to foster another dog as well, but I don't think that often happens).
