Well, they aren't exactly cookies, but they're awesome:

Oreo Balls
1 pkg cream cheese
1 pkg Oreo cookies
1 pkg white chocolate chips

Take cream cheese out of fridge to soften. Crush pkg of Oreos in blender or food processor. Put Oreo crumbs and cream cheese into a bowl and mash together (with hands) until completely mixed. Make balls out of mixtures and place onto a cookie sheet. Put in freezer for about 20 minutes to harden. Melt 1/3 of chips and coat balls. Repeat until all are covered. Keep refrigerated.

To make them festive, you can use red and green colored chips, or use white chocolate and drizzle red and green chocolate on top.

Here are some pointers about making these:
-Nestle white chocolate chips taste much better than store-brand chips- especially Walmart brand (for some reason)
-Smaller balls are better because they are quite rich (maybe about 1 1/2")
-You may want to freeze the balls between each round of coating with chocolate chips. If they sit out, they soften and are harder to coat (the hot chocolate melts them and they begin to look like cookies and cream ice cream!)
- They are a HUGE hit and highly addicting, so make sure that you make large quantities if bringing to a party!!
