I am so sorry to have you come back to YT with such sad news. Your little Poppy will be such a comfort to you as you help your Nana. She'll be GREAT medicine for you Nana, too as it is so hard not to feel happy when you see the love these little furbabies have to give.
My grandfather passed 2 years ago. He was my FAVORITE relative. I miss him terribly but find such comfort in the days I spent with him at hopsice in the end.
He had me with him during all of his daytime hours. I just sat with him, told him things I remembered about our times together through the years, and held his hand. It was probably the hardest thing I've ever been through, but at the same time, I cherish those times that I gave my heart and time to him 100% filled with unconditional love. I truly believe he knew I was there until the very end.
Give your Nana hugs from all of us and let her know that many people are praying for her health and happiness. Make sure Poppy gives her lots of puppy kisses.
