XS~ up to 13" Chest & 8" Length
Small~ up to 15" C & 13" L
Med~ up to 18" C & 16" L
Since it has an elastic waist, it has gathering of fabric on top, so there's generous room on the chest. I like that bc it's not too snug & it won't cause too much matting. The neck also has a generous opening.
