I have been feeding Wellness Small Breed for some time now, but I can't help you with your question because I do not offer my dogs free access to their food. However, I feed them 4 very small meals a day and they always seem content. So much so that since Moka's spay she's been gaining weight even on that small amount of food. Between 2 dogs, I think I go through the small bag in a month. Your question actually makes me wonder if I am feeding too much since you have 3.
