Boy do I know that feeling. Brandi got out one day while I was having work done on my house. She must of slipped out when the painters left through the garage door. Anyway she was out at least 15 minutes before I noticed she was gone. I panic, my heart stopped and I search my 3 sty town home at least 3 times before it darn on me that with so much traffic coming in and out of the house that day, she may have gotten out.
Thankfully for me, Brandi has to stopped and smell every blade of grass. She can't go two steps without stopping to smell something so she hadn't gotten very far. Also my neighbhors spotted her and got her for me. I just ran up to her and hugged her so hard she kind of popped like a balloon. It's amazing to me how a 5lb furball can cause me so much anxiety. |
