I just have to brag on Bo (YT log in "Mom to Hot Rod"). We had an unexpected need for a collar for Maddie after she developed an eye infection over the weekend. I sent an urgent PM to Bo (whom I never personally interacted with before) asking her to phone me because I was so upset that the plastic cone was really upsetting Maddie.
WELL...to my surprise she called me back SO incredibly fast (like within the hour); it was late evening so she made and got a Kiss-e collar out to Maddie the very next day and shipped it overnight to us and we had it on Wednesday afternoon when the mail arrived.
Not only is the product excellently crafted, the way she responded to our immediately need is WAY more than I had ever anticipated even from a fellow yorkie lover!!!
Bo -- Thank you so very much!!! It really means a lot to us. The collar is working splendidly and she is acting much more normal with this one than she did with the plastic cone. MAJOR MAJOR HUGS TO YOU!!!
