I don't begrudge anyone having nice, even extragavant things. However I do believe that we ALL have a responsibility to contribute to the betterment of society in accordance to our ability.
With that said, I would hope that anyone that could afford 150,000 for a dog collar would make a equal donation to a rescue, shelter, etc.
