I would go to the vet immediately.... I've had to hand rear pups with no teeth before [as a rescue foster]... the vet can check them out... make sure they're healthy.... Then they can give you milk and feeders suitable for it's age.... also is it going to the loo on it's own? If not; you are gonna have to rub its 'important bits' with a damp cloth to stimulate them to let them go.... Hurry to a vet before the poor thing dies.... also it's a good bet that it hasn't been wormed or de-flea-d - the vet can help with this too!
