Vitamin C is water soluble. Excess will be excreted in the urine. There is a little bit of concern that overdose (probably continuous) can cause problems. Call the vet if you would be more comfortable. He may get diarrhea, but he isn't going to die.
Depending on how cautious your vet is, they may want to do bloodwork or have you induce vomiting.
