I would not start feeding her on the bed! Beds are not places to eat. Besides, a bed is large. She can eat in one corner and pee in the other! I personally think it sounds like she is marking and I would not allow her on my bed unless I was supervising her. I had a female that did that...and she quickly learned that if she did it, I would not let her up there.
Put a gate up...or close the door. Your bed should be off limits to her!
My pups sleep with me, but when I am not in the bed, they are not either.
