Personally when I am ask this question I think the more the merrier Mine play soooo well together and keep eachother company and snuggle at night in bed together. I find there is less anxiety issues too. I also LOVE watching them play They can be sooooo comical when there is two haha. I think if your time permits it, I would go for it! I think Charlie would love a brother or sister. personally I'd do it now while he's young.
Good luck in what you decide and post pics if you add!

He absolutely loves to play with our other neighborhood dogs, especially other yorkies, and he seems so sad when playtime is over. He sits in our window looking out at other dogs, and seems to long for someone to play with other than us! He's very well adjusted for being so young, and he does play by himself quite a bit and he is very happy-go-lucky, but we are considering adding a brother or sister for him. We were considering a rescue, possibly another yorkie that's over a year old.
Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions on this? Should we wait until he's a bit older? For those of you that have two or more, do you find that your dogs seem happier?
Any input that you have would be helpful! Thank you!
