There is a dog, somewhere in my subdivision, that seems like it gets shoved outside and barks for hours upon hours. He seems like a large breed dog and he sounds far away, but I can always still hear him clearly barking. I wouldn't even know where to begin looking for him because there are so many streets and houses. I've listened to him bark for at least 5-6 hours straight and it's after 11 at night. I'm surprised none of the neighbors on the street are complaining because this is an every day occurrence. I just want to help this dog because I'm sure he's cold and lonely. I don't know what I can do to help him, especially since I don't know where he's at.
