 Breakfast (and Dinner) in Bed
Try feeding meals to her on the bed. Also, when you want to treat her, make her go to your bed and toss the treat on the bed. Dogs don't typically go where they eat. You can use this trick wherever your dog is having accidents. Also, if she is having accidents, she isn't potty trained. Keep her on a strict play, eat, drink, potty schedule and well supervised.
