Some of the major symptoms of Leptospirosis (the disease) is dehydration, lethargy, no appetite, bloody diarrhea, and, depending on the strain of Lepto, kidney and /or liver involvement.

I couldn't find any info on the probability of getting this disease from the vaccine, but I do know it can happen. I am very suspicious of this because of the symptoms she is experiencing. I would discuss this with your vet asap, and if he thinks not... I would go so far as to get a second opinion somewhere else.

I would have the vet check her kidney/Liver bloodwork, check Buster too as it is very contagious. The treatment is pennicillin followed by a course of Doxycycline. IV Fluids may be needed to rehydrate her. Early treatment is key in defeating this disease.
