Make sure you rinse well and suds it well when you bath her. Leave it on about 5 minutes before rinsing. It works really well. Here I pay just under $25 with taxes for it.
I was thinking about this and going to suggest that it could be the oatmeal shampoo. It could be as simple as the oatmeal or some other ingredient.
