I'm not sure since there is another male dog around, but when I did research on signs of impending heat it said humping was one of them. My Piper Annabelle is just a week shy of 6 months and hasn't exhibited any signs of that. Are you planning on getting her spayed? If so, I'd do so ASAP. It dramatically drops their chance of cancer if you do it BEFORE the first heat.
