I had the same issues with my Rocky, but then I switched to a litter box for his pooping and the wee wee pads for his peeing. (Not cost effective, but it seems to work.) After getting him used to the litter box (by taking him there the first few times I saw him poop), he never poops anywhere else (unless he has an upset stomach or the very rare accident). However, Rocky started having issues with the wee wee pad. While we are at home, he pretty much remembers to go on the wee wee pad. But when we are out of the house and he's in his play pen (kitchen blocked off with baby gate), he will without fail pee on the floor. Go figure! I think it's his way of getting back at me for keeping him in the kitchen and not being around ... I get bummed about it, but will keep on trying ... |
