I wouldn't panic at this point. Pregnant dogs/people rarely have "miscarriages" from falling, if they happen to miscarriage after a fall, it's usually a coincidence and would have lost the baby anyway. Mother nature knows what she's doing. Babies, human and animal, are well protected in the womb.
But a call to the vet can be reassuring.
