It went very well actually. Although, we were up every few minutes to make sure he was ok :-) The morning was the BEST! He stretched out and nibbled on our fingers ever so lightly. He was actually doing very well at night and slept in his own bed every night with very little issues since day one. He is 16 weeks tomorrow and we've had him for four weeks. I don't know what it was but he let out the tiniest whimper at bed time and looked up as if to say, "you're not gonna leave me alone here are you?" He did great and even woke us up at 4am to take him to use the bathroom...well, potty training is a bit of a struggle so the "bathroom" is the tile floor (at least it wasn't the sheets right?)...It's just so funny how you make these promises to yourself that you'll never do this or that and yadda yadda yadda, but with yorkies it's a mute point! I love this little ball of fluff! |
