I don't mean to alarm you, but a dog with elevated Lipase (without elevated amylase) and a bloated tummy can be warning signs of lymphangiectasia. Many time with this intenstinal disease, severe symptoms do not present until very end stage.

If you vet has not already done a Spec Cpl, it needs to be done as diet alone is not enough if it is more than pancreatitis. The earlier you get a correct diagnosis, the easier it will be to treat.

Many vets know very little about Protein Losing Enteropathy and Lymphagiectasia. Pancreatitis is the current "one size fits all" diagnosis.

Please ask your vet about this. I am praying this if this is what he has, you have caught it very early.....
