I answered on your other thread, but how long have you had your little one? If she's 13 weeks, she should have been away from her mom for only 1 week. (pups go to their new homes at 12 weeks the earliest per YTCA guidelines)
Mom's teach early potty training habits, and all over dog etiquette. If your pup was separated from mom too young, you really have to be extra patient, extra vigilant, and you have to put more time and effort into training your little one. It's too soon for you to lose hope! Set a schedule you will follow, and before you know it your baby will be walking to the piddle pad on their own. Yorkies are stubborn by nature, but with persistence, patience, and constant supervision, it can be done.
