Well that's yorkies for you. Each is an individual and what worked with one, might not work with another. Don't stop trying though! If you tried something for 3 months straight, it might be time to try a new method. Whatever method you try, be consistent, let them earn their free roam, and don't lose your temper with them. They don't know what you want unless you teach them.
