You can't. When you take a picture always keep a copy of the bigger size, and resize those photos that you want to upload, but save the original. Cameras today are taking such large photos 50 inches and bigger, I guess so people can see them in great quality on tv screens, and you might not want this big of picture, but you never know. Use to be 13 inches was big enough to save, not so anymore. Remember you can always make it smaller, but you can never make it bigger without losing quality.
