I voted 75% but it's probably closer to 90% trained. Bogey is 100% trained and will never pee in the house no matter if its raining, snowing, storming, hot, cold whatever......he's my good boy. Pebbles will pee if left too long and will poop inside maybe twice a week. She will not go out at all if it is raining but the snow does not stop her. Doodlebug is the worst
and I have had him since he was a tiny puppy. He will pee on the corner of my fridge or on my storage cabinet in my laundry room if I don't keep a belly band on him. But when he has a BB on he will be dry all day long. He's a bad boy
But I still love him
