This is the same type that we use. A lady in our rescue makes them for $10 (I think) since they were the elastic, they have been much harder for the boys to try and wiggle out of.
I will try and get her info in you like, you can PM me. We had our made in colts fabric. GO COLTS!
Elastic is the way to go!
