I have no first hand experience with this breeder, but their site alone raises lots of red flags.

They are breeding 4 different breeds. (Papillons, Yorkies, Shih Tzus, and Maltese.) They state that they "limit the # of breeds they have so they can tend to each individual dog."
They talk about the "pens and facilities" where the dogs are kept.
The 'health guarantee' is minimal, at best.
Since they recommend on the site that new owners get vaccinations at 9 and 12 weeks, that indicates they are letting these pups go way too young.
They seem to be mass producing dogs just to sell them. They have pups listed that were born from multiple litters: Papillons bod 7/21 & 8/6, Shih Tuz dob 8/11 & 8/16, Maltese dob 7/16. That's 5 litters in one month!
I would keep looking. IMO, there is no reason to "settle" where there ARE good, ethical breeders out there.
