I had my second steroid epidural last week so the pain getting starting to go away. I have the 3rd and final one on January 4. If that doesn't do it - it's fusion surgery!!  I just hope I don't grow man berries with all these steroids!!
Meanwhile, I leave Sunday for a 2 week vacation that was planned (and paid for!) several months ago. The doctor said to go, but not to be too active. (No snorkeling, boating, jet skis, etc.) He said the sun and pool would be good for it. If I'm going to be laying around, I might as well do it on a sunny beach, right!!
Now I just have to figure out how to explain it to my boss.  |
Sorry, I knew it was a disk, but I equaled it ou to be your back...I am so sorry. I hope your final one works. Some people react totally different with steroids, my mom got a few chin hairs...when my face swell from an allergic reaction to some medications for cysts...I was on 2 different steroid for the whole summer and they made my hair grow like wild, my hair dresser was amazed...So, I wish you good luck with yours...
Get your doctor to write a prescription for your vacation...
