Is your puppy drinking too much water during the day?How many times does he potty during the day? First make sure your puppy is healthy by taking him to the vet and make sure there's no underlying health problems(bladder infections,diabetes etc...)
If your pup potties at night, you could try cutting off his water at least an hour prior to your bedtime(he should always have plenty of fresh water throughout the day though).
Make sure you take him out just before you go to sleep!!!
Also, to make your life easier, i would suggest potty bell training your dog . My dog uses the bell everytime she has to go potty and it's been a life savior for me!!!
The Yorkshire Terrier is considered to be one of the most difficult breeds to housebreak,unfortunately! They can be a bit stubborn. So be patient!
