First I'd have a vet take a look at her to rule out any medical condition. If she checks out fine, I would be suspect of something in the yard causing her to be fearful, not able to relax enough to go potty.

And, just a thought... I understand about invisible fences keeping dogs in the yard, but what keeps other dogs out? How can you safely let your dogs out without being right there with them all the time?
