I buy the child size plastic hangers, some times I can find them at the dollar stores, other times walmart. They used to make them just a little smaller but recently I've noticed most are a tiny bit bigger (thicker maybe?) and I don't really care for them...that little bit extra makes a difference in hanging dog clothes. Otherwise I've seen dog hangers on ebay and then some of the doggy boutique sites, like GW LIttle.
