It's my neck (ruptured disc is pinching a nerve) and I'm still home on bed rest "keeping the weight of my head off of my neck as much as possible" as the doctor prescribed! If it weren't for the TV and YT - I don't know what I'd do!!!
I had my second steroid epidural last week so the pain getting starting to go away. I have the 3rd and final one on January 4. If that doesn't do it - it's fusion surgery!!
I just hope I don't grow man berries with all these steroids!!
Meanwhile, I leave Sunday for a 2 week vacation that was planned (and paid for!) several months ago. The doctor said to go, but not to be too active. (No snorkeling, boating, jet skis, etc.) He said the sun and pool would be good for it. If I'm going to be laying around, I might as well do it on a sunny beach, right!!
Now I just have to figure out how to explain it to my boss.
