That's what my Patrick said ... he also said that she had probably had children brought in there that were far more disruptive ... heck, Toto wasn't doing anything but peeking out of the bag, I don't think anyone even noticed her except "grumpy"! Grumpy was either having a bad day, which I didn't cause, or she hates her job!! My philosophy has always been, "if you don't like what you're doing ... do something else" or "if it isn't fun ... don't do it!" and in my entire life had only 3-4 jobs and loved them all!!
