puppies all develop at different rates- one of the biggest at birth in one of my litters slowed down at 3 weeks and i panicked like crazy- but at 2yrs old bambi is as fit as a fiddle (at 3.03lbs)... another from the next litter was the tiniest at 9 weeks then by 12 he had caught up and eventually overtook 2 others...
deffinately get all appropriate tests done anyway, (
