Wish I could get my hands on some venison for my girls. If I lived in West St. Paul MN. I sure could. My husbands family own a meat market and the process deer for the hunters and also get deer of their own to sell. My husband gave up hunting years ago. I gave him such a guilt trip over shooting those beautiful deer.  |
Truly organic food without the help of mankind. Venison specifically is almost always completely lean meat. I take advantage of my dh and son's deer hunting every season, feeding my dogs what the guys will allow me to...it's not easy talking them out of their venison!
