You are right. All of those aren't necessary. Your pup has been overvaccinated to an extreme. A good place to start is the vaccine thread in the YT Library.
It depends on the type of heartworm preventative being used. In general, no, it isn't ok, but if you are using ivermectin, it should be fine.
Fecals are good. No need to deworm without a positive fecal. Most vets do them once yearly (ish). Twice yearly probably isn't necessary for a Yorkie, but it is a good thing to do.
