Thank you for all the support and words of wisdom! Sadie is back to her old self - it took about 3 days (and a couple of different meds!). I'm not sure if it was the bone, some fat, or (as someone mentioned) something else in the soup that I was cooking ... but I do know that I am NEVER giving her a bone of any kind again!!! I'm thankful that she's ok, that I won't have to spend any more money at the vet, and I've learned my lesson ....
