I use canine toothpaste- there is no special kind- I think I have used a bunch of different ones- you can find it at any pet store or even on the internet... I also use baby toothbrushes.

I also use petzlife gel every few days.

A few months ago I noticed a little plaque starting to build up on the back teeth and used LEBA III for a month to get rid of it.

So far, this has all worked good- my oldest is 3.5 years old and still has pearly whites and has never needed a dental.
