It took forever to let all of Thor's hair grow out, and when it did, I realized it was constantly getting into his eyes. His hair is so light and fine, a couple strands would always fly up and get stuck. It looked really uncomfortable.
Now I am trying to find a happy medium with short hair around the eyes, but a long mustache. It is a little nerve wracking to cut the hair on the bridge of his nose - I got snub-nosed kiddy scissors for that. He can definitely see much more easily now and I'm not pulling long hairs out of his eyes every few hours.
