He is very cute. I would end up keeping him. Maybe you can have the rescue you foster for help you on the fee and ask if they can give you some applications for people interested. Then they can read through them with you and tell you what questions to ask and what to look for on your home check. And don't forget to do a vet check too.Good luck finding him his forever home.
