That is the only information about the dog. if you go look at her pictures she looks scared and pitiful. Plus she looks like she may have some type of skin condition.
i don't know if this is a city shelter, no kill shelter, or a rescue group. their website isn't working for me. either way, they couldn't even make up a name for her. she's just a number..
I just hope someone can rescue this poor little girl soon. looks like she's in desperate need of help.
