I can't imagine Levi wanting to "play" with floss - he'd probably only be interested in eating it because of the flavor. I don't think it would be a very satisfying chew/teething toy. Not to mention the dangers it could cause if swallowed.
There are plenty of toys designed specifically for chewing and teething.
