I personally would ask for:
-Anything about his background (his breeder, his parents, etc.)
-Health info/copies of all vet records and his original vet's contact info
-A breakdown of his daily schedule
-What food he eats, treats he likes, etc.
-Does he get along with other people and other animals
-What he does when left alone (crate, x-pen, free roam)
